I did not realize you could have apnea w/o the classic signs of snoring, gasping awake, etc. Turns out you can. I stop breathing 40x an hour. Just enough to ruin restorative sleep, but not enough to wake me up. I now have an awesome little CPAP and feel like a new man. Life changing!
It was a awesome experience, now I can rest pretty good all night long.
Excellent group of medical professionals. Did a Sleep Study after being in New Mexico for 9 months, to see if the altitude and dry air had changed my numbers and circumstances. The Center is my third sleep study, and I know they did great work for me.
